Brian Marino
Brian Marino, CIC is the President and owner of Family Insurance Services, Inc. A University of Florida graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Brian joined the family business in 1983 and has spent his career helping individuals and businesses navigate risk with confidence.
A respected leader in the insurance industry, Brian has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and held numerous leadership roles throughout his career. He served as President of the South Florida Professional Insurance Association and later as President of the Florida Professional Insurance Association. He has also been recognized multiple times as Agent of the Year and received a Chairman's Award for his leadership and contributions to the industry.
Brian's impact extends beyond the local level. He served on the PIA National Board from 2007 to 2010 and continues to contribute his expertise through involvement in carrier advocacy initiatives, supporting efforts to expand insurance availability in Florida and strengthen the state's risk landscape.
He remains passionate about helping clients protect what matters most, combining decades of experience with a practical, client-focused approach. As Brian shares, "I love using my finance background to help clients protect themselves from risk and loss, while also staying actively involved as a business leader in my community."
Outside the office, Brian enjoys spending time with his three grandchildren, attending sporting events, and enjoying live music.
Ali Marino Fletcher
Born and raised in sunny South Florida, I am proud to be a third-generation professional at Family Insurance Services, continuing a legacy built on service, trust, and expertise. As a graduate of Florida State University, I bring both tradition and a fresh perspective to my work in the insurance industry.
I currently serve as the Young Agents Council Chair and Treasurer for the Independent Agents of Broward County, where I'm passionate about supporting the next generation of agents and strengthening our local insurance community. I was honored to be named Young Agents Council Agent of the Year in 2024 and recognized as one of Florida's Future Insurance Leaders in 2025.
I specialize in helping clients navigate complex risks, providing tailored solutions that make the complicated feel simple and manageable, whether for individuals or businesses.
Outside of the office, I'm a proud mom to Rome and Presley, who keep life fun and full of perspective. When I'm not working you can usually find me cheering on South Florida teams at a Dolphins, Panthers, or Heat game.

With a strong focus on risk assessment and education, he takes pride in guiding clients to make informed, confident decisions about protecting what matters most. Outside of work, Victor enjoys spending quality time with his family, staying actively involved in his church community, and exploring local restaurants and festivals-often while enjoying live music.
Ashley Ronga
Ashley has been a valued member of the Family Insurance team since 2016, where she plays an essential role on the service team. Known for her attention to detail and dedication, Ashley takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly for both clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys exploring museums, visiting cozy coffee shops, and making magical memories at Disney with her handsome son.
Lucia Etienne
Lucia has been a valued part of Family Insurance Services since 2018. She is dedicated to helping clients with all aspects of their home and auto insurance needs-from onboarding to ongoing support and service-making sure they feel confident, informed, and well taken care of.
Outside of work, Lucia enjoys spending time at the beach, staying actively involved in her church, visiting Legoland, and participating in family activities. Above all, she cherishes her role as a mom and loves creating meaningful memories with her family.
Erica Savelle
Erica is a proud graduate of the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and joined Family Insurance Services in 2020 on a part-time basis, quickly transitioning into a full-time role as a Commercial Account Manager. Working primarily behind the scenes, she plays a critical role in keeping client accounts on track-ensuring deadlines are met, submissions are followed up, and every detail is handled with care.
Erica is passionate about diving deep into her clients' operations to better understand their unique risks and identify tailored insurance solutions. Her proactive approach helps clients secure the most competitive pricing while maintaining comprehensive coverage and endorsements that truly support their business needs.
Outside of work, Erica enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and attending sporting events-you can often catch her cheering at Miami Dolphins home games.
Spencer Fletcher
Spencer joined Family Insurance in 2024 and plays an important behind-the-scenes role, handling reminders, and billing to help keep everything running smoothly. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, making lasting memories with his kids, playing darts, and cheering on South Florida sports teams.
