As we enter our 36th year, we want to thank all the incredible clients who have contributed to our success.
In 1981, Phyllis Marino started Family Insurance in Hollywood after working in the insurance industry for over 3 decades. Family Insurance Services is still family owned and currently operated by the second and third generation of Marino’s. From our humble beginnings to our current advanced technology, we now proudly serve the entire state of Florida with 15 representatives!
We understand that our clients are looking for the personal touch without having to come into our office. Through our investments in management system and smart technology, we are now able to start policies, make vehicle inspections, take payments and make changes to your policy all online or from your smart phone. We have electronic signature software that now makes finding a fax machine a thing of the past, you can now sign on your phone, laptop, IPad or any other electronic device. We are also able to communicate with you via text and email, but we will continue to have 2 locations to serve you if you would like to come in and speak with any of our agents.
We also thank our great staff members, past and present. They act as an extension of ourselves, and our vision of customer service, and we could not do this without them.
Most importantly, we are here for one reason: to serve you.
