Tag Renewal

Bring in your renewal card or your most recent registration and proof of Florida insurance.

Drivers License, Change of address (If needed)

Title Transfers Auto

Please provide original Title, Bill of Sale and Proof of Florida Insurance. If the title is from out of state the vehicle must be present at time of transfer. If vehicle was purchased out of state and in the last 6 months you must have a bill of sale confirming sales tax paid.

With Existing Tag

A Copy of most recent registration.

Ownership Transfer Boat

Original title. Small vessels without a title need a certificate of origin. A bill of sale including the purchase price as well as what is included in the purchase i.e. Boat & Trailer.

Drivers License

With a Trailer

A Copy of the sellers trailer registration if previously tagged. If not tagged, the trailer will need to be weighed by an authorized agent (Weigh Station) to obtain a weight slip.

Replacement Tag or Decal if stolen

Owner of vehicle must be present. A copy of the most recent registration. Drivers license. A case number from local police department.

Change of Address, Duplicate registration  

Copy of most recent registration (if unavailable, vehicle identification number (VIN) & tag number)

Owner of vehicle must be present.
